Marque fond\u00e9e par Mr Richard qui avait pour habitude de pr\u00e9senter ses collections au Lido, elle doit ses fameuses semelles gomme \u00e0 un voyage aux Etats-Unis dans les ann\u00e9es 20 et son nom \u00e0 la contraction du mot \u00ab\u00a0Para\u00a0\u00bb (nom d\u2019un port d\u2019Amazonie d\u2019o\u00f9 \u00e9tait export\u00e9 le latex) et de \u00ab\u00a0boot\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Toujours aux mains de la m\u00eame famille et de fabrication fran\u00e7aise (Is\u00e8re), Paraboot se distingue par ses semelles en cousu goodyear et norv\u00e9gien pour une parfaite \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, ce dernier rappelant que Paraboot a longtemps fabriqu\u00e9 des chaussures techniques<\/a><\/em> (ski, parachutisme, volcanisme..).<\/p>\n
